Report Conversion Tables

As stated in North Carolina General Statute 116B-60(d), holder reports must be filed before November 1 of each year and cover the 12 months preceding July 1 of that year for all holders except life insurance companies. Life Insurance companies must file before May 1 of each year for the calendar year proceeding.
